I made this pesto a few (quite a few) weeks ago and meant to share it with you all! As the garden is just about ready to close up I thought I’d post it in case you still have a few bountiful herb plants growing in your backyard like we do. This was a dinner passed down by my sister & mom from this recipe. A healthy and tasty alternative to your typical pesto! I didn’t have parsley so I substituted with basil and it was still great!
