Last week I decided to bake bagels. I’m not sure why, to be quite honest, but I found that you actually boil the bread before baking it… who knew? Check out a few of the pictures I took of the process! It was pretty easy (since I made the dough in the bread maker) and you can add any flavoring you wish before baking. I added a little savory kick by brushing some rosemary and olive oil on the tops and it was delicious! Let me know if you’re interested in the recipe and I’ll find a link.
